Truecaller, one of the most popular caller ID services in India, is all set to introduce a new AI-powered feature that will mimic your voice to answer calls on your behalf. The new AI Assistant powered by Personal Voice from Microsft, a technology the tech giant unveiled in November last year as part of the Azure AI speech. The functionality will be available to Truecaller Premium subscribers and requires users to record a few seconds of their voice so the AI can replicate it when someone calls. The AI Assistant also lets users screen incoming calls and even let them know why the call is being made.
