About Simbian

Ambuj Kumar is co-founder and CEO of Simbian.ai, the Gen AI fueled security company whose mission is to solve security with AI. Ambuj is a recognized leader in cryptography with more than 30 patents in the field. Prior to founding Fortanix, Ambuj was lead architect at Cryptography Research Inc. where he led and developed many of the company's security technologies that go into millions of devices every year. Previously, he worked for NVIDIA where he designed world's most advanced computer chips including world's fastest memory controller.

Alankrit has played pioneering roles in building scalable, robust backend systems, and leading engineering teams at early-stage companies like Spotnana and Afterpay—that went on to achieve notable success. He also was closely involved in developing notifications infrastructure and user onboarding at Twitter—managing high-throughput, low-latency systems and delivering impactful user experiences at scale. 

Sumedh brings over 15 years of product and engineering experience in security and digital rights management. Prior to Simbian, Sumedh was Head of Product at Microsoft for Azure’s data security products, and Director of Security programs at Meta. In these roles, Sumedh led the teams building some of the world’s most security-critical and high-scale cloud services, now used broadly across enterprises.
